The lncRNA AK021443 was also up-regulated in advanced HCC samples when compared with early HCC. Moreover, expression of LINC01419 and AK021443 was up-regulated in HCC tissues when compared with non-tumor liver tissue. AF070632 expression was down-regulated in HCC and was decreased in advanced HCC when compared with early HCC.
