Then the effects of KIAA0125 on GBC cell migration, invasion, and epithelial-mesenchymal transitions (EMT) were investigated by using a lentivirus-mediated RNA interference (RNAi) system. Notably, cell migration and invasion were strongly inhibited by KIAA0125 suppression.
